Sarah Lugan Biopraphy

Sarah has specialized in real estate for over nineteen years.
She has international experience in investments, real estate financing and refinancing, leaseback transactions, real estate outsourcing and commercial leases. Sarah also has expertise in urban development policy and various aspects of environmental law such as urban planning, construction and commercial leases.
She works in a range of sectors including offices, hotels, housing, warehouses, shops, shopping centres, residential services and clinics.
Sarah Lugan teaches financing law within the Master 2 Business real estate at University Pairs I Panthéon Sorbonne. Sarah is General Secretary and member of the Board of Directors of “Sorbonne Immo”, member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), of the EACC (European American Chamber of Commerce) and of the IBA – Real Estate Committee (International Bar Association).
