Under the auspices of our Transatlantic Tech Working Group, we are pleased to organize an open-discussion on diversity in tech companies and innovation ecosystems.

On Friday, March 4th, we will welcome Leigh-Ann Buchanan, a well-known figure in the Florida innovation ecosystem who advises innovation and technology leaders in the United States.

Leigh-Ann will exchange with us on diversity and inclusion in tech companies and innovation ecosystems, and how organizations — from start ups to multinationals — can identify, address and transform culture towards one that better embodies racial equity, diversity, and inclusion.
