Our Unique Model
EACC Paris brings together its members in a neutral and convivial setting to exchange experience, compare approaches, and stay informed on transatlantic business and regulatory developments.
Our committees and working groups also provide confidential, high-level peer exchange among senior practitioners, enabling members to benefit from each other’s insight and experience.
Tax Committee
The Tax Committee provides a forum for peer-level technical exchange, allowing members to compare and discuss French and international tax frameworks, interpretations, and market practice. Its work is primarily driven by ongoing member exchanges, occasionally complemented by targeted discussions with the French tax administration, policymakers, and in-house tax executives. The objective is to support informed, high-level dialogue on tax issues affecting transatlantic business.
The committee’s NextGen Program supports the development and visibility of emerging tax professionals through peer exchange, mentorship, and active participation in the Committee’s work.

Institutional Relations Committee: Transatlantic Bridges Program
The Institutional Relations Committee facilitates high-level dialogue on geopolitical and regulatory issues and engagement with third-party groups.
This group is particularly well suited to business leaders and advisors whose roles require them to think beyond silos, constantly updating an evolving “big picture” and making connections to address the complexity their businesses are facing.
Committee members can also identify and implement collective action strategies in areas of common interest.
