Reception at the Residence of the U.S. Ambassador to France

U.S. Industrial Strategy and Transatlantic Investment: Implications for Industrial and Logistics Real Estate in Europe

Tuesday, 1 December 2026 · 9:30 am – 12:00 pm · Residence of the U.S. Ambassador to France, Paris

EACC France and SIOR Europe will host a morning programme at the Residence of the U.S. Ambassador to France, opening with remarks by The Honorable Charles Kushner, U.S. Ambassador to France.

New U.S. manufacturing policy, investment incentives and changing trade dynamics are leading companies on both sides of the Atlantic to reconsider where they manufacture, invest and expand. Senior corporate leaders, investors and advisers will discuss how these shifts are shaping investment decisions, site selection and supply-chain strategy, using European industrial and logistics real estate as a practical lens.

Speakers include Simon-Pierre Richard (Head of Logistics and Industrial Properties France, JLL), Carole Steimlé (Partner, Reed Smith), and Clémentine Gallès (Chief Economist and Strategist, Société Générale Private Banking). The panel will be moderated by Solly Gubbay, SIOR, MRICS (President, Solly Gubbay Consultants). Further speakers will be announced soon.

The programme includes a panel discussion, audience Q&A and networking over coffee. It will be held in English, and questions are welcome in English or French.

This event is open to EACC members and invited guests only, with one representative per company. Advance registration is required, and guests must bring a physical photo ID matching their registration details.
