Christine Guillot-Bouhours, a partner in ORRICK RAMBAUD MARTEL, is a member of the Employment Law Group.

She has a wide range of experience in the employment area, with a particular expertise in equity-based compensation programs (stock option agreements and free stock attribution/bonus share attribution), employment contracts (negotiation of specific contract provisions and settlement negotiations and agreements), litigation for industrial liability such as asbestos or silicosis, and litigation relating to social security such as reassessments on profit sharing schemes, settlement indemnities and disputes regarding the amount of required social security contributions.

Christine Guillot-Bouhours also has experience in estate matters, including the liquidation of assets in national and cross-border disputes, inheritance disputes and the implementation of judicial protective measures.

Prior to joining Orrick, Christine Guillot-Bouhours was a partner at Rambaud Martel, and prior to that she was at Dumas & Letu in Paris, France.
